- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication or other related field or equivalent experience. Relevant work experience is more important.
- 5+ years of B2B online marketing experience
- 3+ years’ experience building and managing digital promotional campaigns, e.g. email, web banner, social media, web page.
- Understand principles and best practices of SEO, SEM and display advertising
- Ensure data and analytics integrity across digital marketing platforms to understand and represent the customer journey and opportunities for improvement
- Experience managing content management system-based website, including building web pages
- Expertise of creative design and/or video production software
- Experience using analytics to fine-tune targeting and segmentation
- Experience building and managing automated marketing campaigns
- Health IT and/or healthcare experience a benefit but not required
