Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for burgeoning digital marketer with expertise managing the full marketing technology stack to work in a mature, high-growth healthcare technology and services company. We’re seeking a digital marketer with experience implementing marketing campaigns across a variety of channels to support awareness, drive lead acquisition and nurture prospects through the marketing funnel. This critical position includes senior leadership interactions, requiring close collaboration with team members across CareCentrix and intra-department collaboration to inform content, develop campaigns and target top prospects.

Responsibilities

The digital marketing senior manager will own and manage all digital marketing activities and analytics, including:

  • Support CareCentrix’s growth trajectory by driving awareness, demand, and acquisition through marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Build email campaigns across target buyer and influencer segments to nurture prospects through the sales funnel
  • Optimize against key metrics
  • Work with visual designer to develop creative content for emails and landing pages
  • Work with content writers to develop compelling messaging in support of messaging.
  • Implement A/B testing across web, email and advertising platforms to continuously monitor and improve performance through optimized messaging and targeting
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics and set up test plans to improve the campaign performance
  • Monitor threats, trends, and opportunities for digital media optimization
  • Maintain SEO key phrase audit and collaborate with marketing peers to inform content strategy;
  • Collaborate with Salesforce manager to ensure leads are scored correctly, marketing activities are captured, and insights are passed to both sales and marketing teams
  • Ensure analytic consistency and accuracy across channels to build a foundational view of the customer journey

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication or other related field or equivalent experience. Relevant work experience is more important.
  • 5+ years of B2B online marketing experience
  • 3+ years’ experience building and managing digital promotional campaigns, e.g. email, web banner, social media, web page.
  • Understand principles and best practices of SEO, SEM and display advertising
  • Ensure data and analytics integrity across digital marketing platforms to understand and represent the customer journey and opportunities for improvement


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience managing content management system-based website, including building web pages
  • Expertise of creative design and/or video production software
  • Experience using analytics to fine-tune targeting and segmentation
  • Experience building and managing automated marketing campaigns
  • Health IT and/or healthcare experience a benefit but not required
