Demand Gen Marketing Program Manager

Job Description

Astreya is seeking an experienced Demand Gen Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced and growing company. This person will be responsible for developing the demand generation strategy, crafting successful demand generation programs, and executing integrated marketing campaigns in order to generate leads for the business. You will need to be comfortable communicating with cross-functional groups.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop integrated strategies and lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Develop, manage, and own, all inbound and outbound demand gen marketing activities
  • Report on campaign outcomes
  • Use data to iterate and improve campaigns over time
  • Clearly articulate how campaigns are tied to pipeline and new business
  • Produce engaging content for marketing activities, sales conversations, and events
  • You will be presenting, collaborating with both internal and external partners on key initiatives
  • This role is a key position that will have executive exposure, so your professionalism and enthusiasm are needed
  • Develop social media strategy and manage current social media platforms
  • Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
  • Maintain regular measurement of ROI on campaigns and adjust strategy as needed

Projects will include:

  • Campaign Creation and Management - both inbound and outbound marketing methods
  • Social Media campaigns and platform branding/messaging
  • Strategic planning and experience building and executing campaigns
  • Developing lead scoring system
  • Content Calendar creation and management - aligned to the overall marketing strategy


  • BA in marketing or a related field
  • 7 + years of marketing experience
  • Demand Generation / Digital marketing experience needed
  • Experience marketing to tech personas
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to internal senior leadership
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to multitask and work both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment
  • Project management skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • IT company experience preferred (startup would be great!)
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, HootSuite, Microsoft Office, Google Works, Lucid Charts, Smartsheets and other content software
