Overall Purpose

This position is accountable to create, evolve and drive the execution of enterprise programs and technology solutions that deliver internally and externally the ability to exchange data and responses at the point of inquiry between constituents. The leader will ensure that this program is designed and maintained to be architecturally and financially relevant to the broader company.

Responsibilities

  • Utilizes a combination of industry knowledge, technical expertise, and business acumen to provide strategic guidance and enable execution of the data exchange program, with accountability for operating costs and value generation capabilities.
  • Provides exceptional direct and indirect leadership in developing highly engaged, high performance teams to successfully execute the company’s data exchange program.
  • Develop and execute architectural designs and associated business plans to show costs, benefits and resource dependencies.
  • Effectively articulate the performance of the program, risks and opportunities to appropriate internal and external audiences.
  • Maintain or drive communications across the sectors of financial services or risk solutions to have an appropriate proactive view of emerging risks or emerging solutions.
  • Lead, educate and influence product or experience development across the company that is in line with the broader data exchange program vision.
  • Support the company’s commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Requirements

  • Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a Technical, Business or Engineering discipline or related field.
  • In-depth experience in data sciences, data management and/or data architectural.
  • Demonstrated success building highly engaged, high performing teams.
  • Strong data analytical competencies in industry standard protocols.
  • Exceptional executive presence, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with technological infrastructure and process management.
  • Experience with financial institutions in the area of data exchange and usage.
  • Ability to foster partnerships internally and externally to develop and execute a data exchange program.
  • Regulatory and audit engagement experience.
  • Background and drug screen.
  • Employee must be able to perform essential functions and physical requirements of position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

SQL/SAS or comparable analytic coding certification CFE (certified fraud examiner) certification Additional related education and/or experience preferred

Physical Requirements

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.
